My work dances between the two poles of abstraction and representation. The creative process often begins with close observation — of people, the surrounding environment, and fleeting moments in daily life. At times, a particular combination strikes me: a color, a shape quietly emerging from the background, or a gesture shared between figures. From that point, imagination unfolds — drawing from memory, association, and other cultural or contextual sources.

I keep sketching as a way of maintaining an ongoing visual diary, tracing the subtle shifts between perception and emotion. Through painting, I see the process as one that records moments of transformation and reveals the hidden connections between relationships and life itself — where each work opens up an organic space of painting.
